Any member of Peace is welcome to receive notices directed to the voters. These notices pertain to the business of the congregation and require voter (not council or other committee) involvement. These notices include announcements of meetings (which will also be published at church as normal), reports, agendas, and the like. 

Peace will still provide notice of significant developments through other communication methods. Reports and agendas will be available on site, to the extent possible, in advance of meetings. This list provides a clear method to communicate with those who desire such information. 

Those who sign up are not under any obligation to participate, nor do these individuals have a certain status within the congregation. This is only a method of communication. 

Individuals who leave the congregation will no longer receive voters' notices.
